REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy is valid during 14 (fourteen) days after receiving the artwork. Passed this period, Atelier Weber will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange for your order.
If you want to end the contract for any reason after the order has been shipped to you or you have already received it, you must return it to Atelier Weber. Please send an email first to 1carolineweber1@mail.com to arrange shipping or (in Switzerland) collection. If you are exercising your right to change your mind you must send off the artwork within 7 days after receiving our notification and approval of return.
Atelier Weber will refund the costs of return only if the artwork is misdescribed or faulty, if you are ending the contract because you have a legal right to do so as a result of something Caroline Weber has done wrong or if the shipment was damaged on the way to you.
In all other circumstances, including where you are exercising your right to change your mind, you are responsible for the full costs of return. The artwork to be returned by sending (international) or collection (Switzerland), the full amount of costs generated by the return will be deducted from your refund. If you live in a country outside of Switzerland, the full amount of costs includes the possible importation taxes such as import duties and VAT on the way back to Switzerland.
The artwork must be packed in the same conditions, packed with the original packaging and must be returned to the agreed address.
We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned artwork and that it will arrive without any damages. If you are responsible for the return, you will have to contact the shipping company you picked for the dispatching and invoke the guarantee concluded with them when sending.
In the rare case the shipment was damaged on the way to your address, please inform 1carolineweber1@gmail.com within 24 hours upon reception. Provid name, home address, details of the order, your phone number and email address. Do not return any artwork before notifying us and prior to receiving our response. Depending on your country we will find the best return solution.
If Atelier Weber is not able to fix the artwork conveniently, you will have the choice between a new artwork or a refund. If you choose a more expensive artwork you will have to pay the price difference. For a less expensive artwork we will refund you the difference.
In the rare case you change your mind:
You have the right to change your mind within 7 days (after the day you received the artwork) and get your money back. In this case, returns are only accepted if the artwork is not commissioned or bespoke and in perfect condition.
All returned works are carefully examined upon return. If an artwork has been altered in any way by you or a third party, the refunded amount will be calculated accordingly to the actual conditions of the artwork. If the artwork has been damaged making it unsaleable, you will not be eligible for a refund. You will have to pay the full costs of return.
